Steps are as follows :

1. Download the zip folder of the plugin Advanced WooCommerce Reports.

2. Once downloaded install plugin through browsing and activate it.


Manual installation of the plugin is another option to install the plugin to your WordPress-environment. The manual installation method involves downloading our Advanced WooCommerce Reports Extension and uploading it to your web server via your favorite FTP application.

Steps are as follows :

1. Upload the Advanced WooCommerce Reports folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.

2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

3.Summary Section

The Summary Section displays  all data regarding sales, customers, taxes, coupons, earnings, order status, payment gateways etc, in  graphical formats.


It thus facilitates user to keep every sales information in much more organized way that can be fetched easily and quickly. Data like Total Sales, Total Customers, Total Tax, Total Coupons, Order Status Report , etc are present.

4.Advance Report by Date Section

The Report By Date Section helps you to generate reports for a specific time period thereby saving your time.

You can also select the Order Status  according to your need like on hold, on processing etc. If you don’t select any specific Order Status then by default the reports will be fetch for three order status that is On Hold, Completed and Processing.

When you setup the Plugin first time then by default the reports is fetch one month time period.


Now, You can set the Start date and End Date for a reports along with the order status for which the report is to be fetched. The generated report contains information like Total Sales, Total order count, Average sales per order, etc, along with Graphical representation of reports.


5.Custom Report Section

The Custom Report Section provides the flexibility to generate reports as per requirements. By using various filters you can generate tabular reports as per your need.

Moreover you can specify the columns that you want in the report. Additionally you can email the generated report to anyone in the form of CSV attachment.

The Custom Reports can be generated for-

1) Report For Order.

2) Report For Product.

3) Report For Customer.

This feature thus lets you generate report in a best-organized way with only desired sales-related customer data.

5.1.Report For Order

Here you can generate custom reports for order. You can easily select Order Period and Order Statuses to fetch the details of the Orders like- Order Id, Order Status, Order Date, Payment Method, Customer IP Address etc and send email to anyone in the form of CSV attachment.

Note: We provide some predefined Order Period like- today, last 7 days, this month, this year but if you want to choose custom date then you can easily select Choose Custom Date option from the drop down.



Now click on Send Email button to send the email to the recipient.


Now, the recipient gets the email and he can easily download the CSV file.


5.2.Report For Product

Here you can generate custom reports for Products for all products or for a particular product.


Now click on Send Email button to send the email to the recipient.


Now, the recipient gets the email and he can easily download the CSV file.


5.3.Report For Customer

Here you can generate custom reports for all Customer or a particular Customer.


Now click on Send Email button to send the email to the recipient.


Now, the recipient gets the email and he can easily download the CSV file.
