1.Getting Started

Click on the “Get Started” button to proceed with iContact Pro Woocomerce Integration.

2.Connection With iContact Pro

STEP 1- To connect the extension with iContact Pro, enable the checkboxes and enter the App Id, App Password, and iContact Pro Username.

STEP 2- After saving the details click on the Authorize button to authenticate with iContact Pro.

3.Setting up iContact Pro Custom Fields

STEP 1- Click on “CUSTOM FIELDS” tab.

STEP 2- On clicking the custom fields tab a pop-up appears on the screen in which choose any one of the options :

2.1- Select I would like to go with the extension and then click on the START SETUP button to create custom fields on iContact Pro.

2.2- Select Yes, allow me to filter to filter the custom fields from the list and then click on SAVE button to save the changes.

2.2.1- Click on START SETUP button to create custom fields on iContact Pro.

2.2.2- On clicking CHANGE DECISION you can either select to go with I would like to go with the extension or Yes, allow me to filter option.

4.Setting up iContact Pro Segments

STEP 1- Click on “SEGMENTS”  tab.

STEP 2- On clicking the segments tab a pop-up appears on the screen in which choose any one of the options :

2.1- Select I would like to go with the extension and then click on the START SETUP button to create Segments on iContact Pro.

2.2- Select Yes, allow me to filter to filter the Segments from the list and then click on SAVE button to save the changes.

2.2.1- Click on START SETUP button to create Segments on iContact Pro.

2.2.2- On clicking CHANGE DECISION you can either select to go with I would like to go with the extension or Yes, allow me to filter option.

5.Setting up Abandoned Cart Fields on iContact Pro

STEP 1- Click on “ABANDONED CART” tab.

STEP 2- On clicking the abandoned cart tab a pop-up appears on the screen in which choose any one of the options :

2.1- Select I would like to go with the extension and then click on the START SETUP button to create abandoned cart fields on iContact Pro.

2.2- Select Yes, allow me to filter to filter the abandoned cart fields from the list and then click on SAVE button to save the changes.

2.2.1- Click on START SETUP button to create abandoned cart fields on iContact Pro. 

2.2.2- On clicking CHANGE DECISION you can either select to go with I would like to go with the extension or Yes, allow me to filter option.

6.Setting up Workflow fields on iContact Pro

STEP 1- Click on “WORKFLOWS” tab.

STEP 2- Click on START SETUP button to create Workflow Custom Fields on iContact Pro.

7.Customers One-Click Sync

STEP 1- Click on “ONE-CLICK SYNC” tab.

STEP 2- In CUSTOMERS SYNC you can export your old users and customers to iContact Pro.

STEP 3- Proceed by enabling/disabling the checkbox and select the USER ROLE from the dropdown list to mention the role of users to sync over iContact Pro.

STEP 4- Click on SAVE CHANGES to save all the changes.

STEP 5- After saving the changes you can sync the customers over iContact Pro by clicking on SYNC NOW button.

8.Orders One-Click Sync

STEP 1- Click on “ONE-CLICK SYNC” tab.

STEP 2- Click on ORDERS SYNC to Export your old orders to iContact Pro.

STEP 3- Proceed by enabling/disabling the checkboxes, select the date for All orders since and select the status for All orders with status from the dropdown list.

STEP 4- Click on SAVE CHANGES to save all the changes.

STEP 5- After saving the changes you can sync all the orders over iContact Pro by clicking on SYNC NOW button.

9.RFM Settings

 

STEP 1- Click on “RFM SETTINGS” tab, where Score will show the rating for RFM Segmentation.

STEP 2- In Recency select the days since last order.

STEP 3- In Frequency select total orders placed.

STEP 4- In Monetary select total money spent on orders.

STEP 5- Now click on SAVE CHANGES to save all the changes.

10.General Settings

 

STEP 1- Click on “GENERAL SETTINGS” tab.

STEP 2- In the Abandoned Cart Settings section you can enable/disable the functionality and you can also adjust the Cart Timer.

STEP 3- In the Orders and User Roles Settings for Real-time sync on iContact Pro section you can select more than one order status from the dropdown list and synchronize your orders on iContact Pro, also you can select more than one role of users from the dropdown list and synchronize your users over iContact Pro.

Step 4- In the Plugin related settings section enable or disable the checkboxes for plugin related setting.

11.Advanced Settings

STEP 1- Click on ADVANCED SETTINGS” tab.

STEP 2- In the Order Activity Static List Enrollment Settings section you can select the status of an order by selecting the option from the dropdown list in the ACTION field and select a list from the drop-down in ENROLL IN LIST field.

STEP 3- In the Customer Activity Static List Enrollment Settings section you can select either new user registration or update the user profile in the ACTION field and select a static list from the dropdown list in ENROLL IN LIST field.
