MWB Web Notifications for WP plugin allows you to create notifications to promote your products and services to your users. There are nine notification types, using which you can create N number of on-site notifications for WordPress/WooCommerce.

2.1.Automatic Installation

Automatic installation is the easiest option as WordPress handles the file transfers itself, and you don’t need to leave your web browser.

The steps are as follows :

  1. Go to the MWB Web Notifications for WP plugin product page. 
  2. Click on the ‘Download’ button to download it.
  3. Now, log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
  4. From the sidebar, click on Plugins.
  5. Click on Add New
  6. Click the Browse button and choose your downloaded .zip file. 
  7. Upload the plugin and click on Install.
  8. Now, click on Activate.
  9. You’re all set to use MWB Web Notifications for WP.

2.2. Manual Installation

The manual installation method involves downloading our MWB Web Notifications for WP extension and uploading it to your web server via your favorite FTP application.

The steps are as follows :

  1. Upload the MWB Web Notifications for WP folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

3.1.Enable Plugin

Click on the toggle to enable the MWB Web Notifications for WP plugin.

3.2.Enter Time Span Difference to Show Notification

You can set the time period for succeeding notifications display. Enter your time difference value in hours and save your changes. 

3.3.Enable Storing FeedBack Details

Enable this toggle to allow the plugin to store the details entered in the feedback notification.

3.4.Show Notifications to Guest Users

Enable this toggle button to show notifications to guests users on your website.

Enable this toggle button to show notifications to registered users. 

At last, click on Save Settings to save the changes you have made.


3.5.Show Notifications to Logged-in User

Enable this toggle button to show notifications to registered users. 

At last, click on Save Settings to save the changes you have made.

4.Integration Settings

4.1.Enable Google-reCAPTCHA v3 Verification On Form

Enable this toggle button to integrate Google-reCAPTCHA v3 verification with the WordPress notification plugin. It will allow you to add reCAPTCHA verification on the feedback form notification.

4.2.Enter v3 Site Key

You need to set up Recaptcha verification for your website and fetch the reCAPTCHA v3 site key and enter it here.


4.3.Enter v3 Secret Key

Copy the reCAPTCHA secret key and enter it the box, and click on the save settings button to complete your integration with Google-reCAPTCHA



MWB Web Notifications for WP plugin adds a Notification menu to your admin panel. You can create and design your notifications from the nine notification types. Follow these steps to create a new notification:

  • Go to Notifications from the Admin menu. 
  • Click on Add New
  • Choose the type of notification you want to create.

5.1. Add Title

You can add a title to your notification. 

5.2. Choose Page to Show Notifications

Select the pages on which you want to display notifications. There are following five pages to choose from: 

  • Cart Page
  • Checkout Page
  • My Account 
  • Sample Page
  • Shop Page

You can even show notifications to all of these pages at once. Click from the drop-down list to add pages. 

5.3. Enter Popup Title

Add notification popup title in the “Enter Popup Title” box. 

5.4. Enter Button Text

Add the CTA button text of your notification in the “Enter Button Text”  textbox. 

5.5. Choose Text Colour 

Choose the text color of your notification title, button, and content. Click on their respective color grids, and select the color of your choice. 

5.6. Enter Content Text

You can enter your notification content or message in this text box. 

5.7. Enter URL to Redirect 

Enter the URL that users will be redirected to after clicking on the notification. 

5.8. Choose Image 

You can set a background image to your notification. By default, an image has already been added. You can click on the “choose file” button and upload the image of your choice.

5.9. Notification Position 

Select the on-page position from where the notification will pop up. The following positions are available: 

  • Top-left
  • Top-Right


Yes, you can show the notification to guest users also. For this, please go to the plugin settings>> General settings and enable show notification to guest users.

We have provided nine types of predefined notifications in our plugin.

Yes, the admin can create a custom notification. For this, go to the Notification tab >> Add new >> Choose notification type >> Custom.

Yes, the admin can choose the notification position and notification animation direction from the notification edit page.

Yes, you can set the entry effect also. For this, Go to the Notification edit page, choose the entry effect, and save your changes.

The admin can choose the event at which notification will appear. There are four predefined trigger events to choose from: Page Load, Exit Intent, After Few Seconds of Page Load, and After Some Scroll On Page.

Yes, our notifications plugin allows the admins to create as many notifications as they need for their WordPress or WooCommerce website. You can create multiple notifications from the given nine notification types.
