Once you install this field mapping addon, you can enable it to start mapping your Magento customer fields with your HubSpot contact properties.

To enable the Magento Field Mapping add-on, navigate to the HubSpot > Configuration in your Magento dashboard from the left menu bar.

At the bottom, you’ll see a drop-down named Enable HubSpot Contact Properties Mapping.

Click on this drop-down, select Yes, and save the change by clicking the Save Config button on the top right.

That’s all. You’ve successfully activated this HubSpot Magento Field Mapping addon.

Let’s move further down to see how this addon actually works.

Once you install the HubSpot Magento field mapping addon, you’ll see a Field mapping setting under the HubSpot section in your left navigation menu.

Click on Field Mapping and you’ll land on the addon page where you can select the fields you want to map.

Select your Magento customer fields and map them with respective HubSpot contact properties by selecting the appropriate field in front of it.

After you select the properties of your choice, click Save and your fields will be mapped successfully.

How do I enable this field mapping addon?

You can go to your Magento store dashboard and navigate to HubSpot > Configuration from the left navigation menu. At the bottom of the configuration window, you’ll see a menu named Contact properties mapping and syncing. You can enable this addon from this section.

HubSpot Magento Two-way Syncing Addon is an extension developed for our HubSpot Magento Integration that lets you sync your contacts between HubSpot CRM and Magento store bidirectionally.

Once you install the HubSpot Magento Two-way Syncing addon, you can start syncing your contacts bidirectionally from HubSpot CRM to Magento or vice versa.

All the HubSpot Magento Integration Plugin’s default properties (HubSpot Contact Properties & properties created through our HubSpot Extension) data will be imported through this addon on your Magento store.

In the Configuration, you can map the HubSpot Properties to the Magento Customer Attributes which can either be default Magento customer attributes or the custom attributes that you want the details to be saved.

Moreover, if you require any further properties to be synced from Magento to HubSpot according to your business needs, those can also be managed as custom properties.

You can go to the Customer Import and Syncing section to configure the settings of this addon from your Magento configuration.

In this section, you’ll find these settings:

• Enable HubSpot Customer Import: Enable/Disable the plugin.
• Select Store for Creating New Customer: Select the store you want to create new customers in.
• Required Attributes for Creating New Customer: Select the attributes or properties you want to create in your HubSpot portal.

If you install this addon, whenever guest users complete a purchase at your Magento store, their data will be synchronized over HubSpot CRM automatically.

With this extension, you can sync all your logged in guest users as well as abandoned cart data over HubSpot CRM automatically.

All these properties will be automatically created in your HubSpot portal once you install our Guest Syncing Addon. Moreover, if you require any further properties to be synced from Magento to HubSpot according to your business needs, those can also be managed as a custom property.

Though the guest customer’s data is synced automatically to HubSpot CRM. But if you want to sync the guest data manually, you can go to Sales > Orders in your Magento dashboard.

Find the guest order you want to sync over HubSpot CRM. Click on Sync with HubSpot over there and the order will be synced.

To check the guest orders from the Magento backend, you need to navigate to Sales > Orders and you’ll find all the orders listed there. You’ll see a View button under the Actions column.

Click on that View button to see all the details of that Guest’s order.

To check the synced guest user data on HubSpot, you can go to your HubSpot CRM and navigate to Sales > Deals to see the synced data over there.

In the Deals section, click on the Action button and enable the Contact as Guest column. This is a custom property this addon creates in your HubSpot portal once you install it.

This property will hold Yes for Guest Customers and No for Logged In Customers and make it easy for you to identify and differentiate between both types of customers.

If a guest user adds a product to the shopping cart and then goes to the shopping cart page, a popup will appear asking for the email address.

Once the user enters the email and abandons the cart (didn’t purchase the product), the data will sync over HubSpot CRM as an abandoned cart.

You can navigate to HubSpot > Abandoned Carts to see the details of that order.

If the data is not synced on HubSpot on its own, you can select that record and click on the Actions dropdown on the top left and click Export to HubSpot to sync it on the CRM.

You can also set the filter to see the login abandoned carts and guest abandoned carts data.

To check if the data is successfully synced, go to your HubSpot account and navigate to Sales > Deals and you’ll see the abandoned cart order over there.

For the installation process, visit the basic steps to upload or move plugins in app/code/Makewebbetter/Package by name as HubIntegration. Then you’ll have to run the Magento commands for the installation of the plugin on your Magento server.

Once done with the command, you will be able to see the installed plugin on your Magento dashboard.

After installing the plugin successfully, you will be able to see the HubSpot menu on the left side, and the features of the plugin under the HubSpot menu bar as shown in the screenshot below:

The first step in the process of integrating your Magento 2 store with HubSpot is the Configuration.

To do the Configuration:

• Go to your Magento 2 dashboard.
• You’ll see an icon named HubSpot in the left menu bar. Click on it.
  
• After clicking on the HubSpot icon, the following menu will appear.
  
• Click on Configuration at the bottom.

• After clicking on configuration, you’ll land on the configuration page.
  

This page contains 3 different settings for the plugin.

• • Enable HubSpot Integration: Select  Yes to enable the extension. (Yes is the default state which is already selected)
    
  • Abandoned Cart: Enter the time (in minutes) after which you want the inactive shopping cart to be treated as abandoned.
    
  • Authorize: Once clicked on this option, it authorizes the above options selected by the admin. A new window of the HubSpot page will open up, which will ask to enter details of the signup form then it will provide authorization to access the admin panel with HubSpot.
    

    This is only a demo, thus it is showing Re-authenticate. In your account, “Authenticate” will be displayed.Click on the Authenticate button, and you’ll be asked to choose the HubSpot account you want to connect with the plugin.

    

    
    After selecting the account, the plugin will connect to your selected HubSpot Portal.

     

    

    Once done, click on Close.
    After this, go the Magento admin panel >>HubSpot menu >> Dashboard >> General Details, and click on Run HubSpot Setup.

    

  • After clicking on it, a Pop-up will appear, click on Yes, Continue. It will create Pipeline, Deal Stages, Properties, Lists & Workflows, etc.
  • After clicking on it, another Pop-up will appear showing that setup is in progress, please wait for completion.
    
  • Click on OK, and the authentication will be done successfully.
    
    
  • Now, go to Pipelines and Deal Stages to map and save the pipeline and deal stages as per your choice. You have to save this for the first time(mandatory). After that you can map and save anytime you want, as per your requirement.
  • Now The Setup and Pipeline with Deal Stages mapping is completed. You are good to go further.

• Select Data Sync Cron Time: You can decide on what frequency Magento data gets synced to HubSpot. You can set this frequency to Once in a day, Twice in a day, Four times a day, or Every hour or Every 5 mins.
  
• Auto Delete Error Log After: This allows automatic removal of error logs. If you select 30 here, the logs will be deleted after 30 days.
  
  

The RFM settings allow you to rate your customers based on their buying behavior. There are 3 habits on which you can give ratings to your customers.

• In the Recency column, you need to enter the numbers as a parameter for days and decide on its basis which type of customers are visiting your store most frequently. You may rate them accordingly.
• In the Frequency column, you need to enter the numbers for the total orders placed by a customer, and based on that, you can decide about the customers who are placing the most orders and who are placing the least number of orders.
• In the Monetary column, enter the numbers as a parameter and decide on its basis who are the customers who are spending the most on your product and who are spending the least.

Once done with all configurations, click on the Save Config button on the top right of the page to save all the changes.

• Just go to the HubSpot app Menu >> Dashboard
• Click on the Reset HubSpot Data button,

then confirm by clicking Delete HubSpot Data.

This will uninstall this app from your HubSpot portal(existing or connected portal). Also this will erase all the HubSpot data from your magento side(server).

After this, you are free to connect with the existing HubSpot Portal or a new HubSpot Portal.

Whenever you need to connect with a new HubSpot portal then please disconnect from the magento admin panel first, then authenticate the extension to the new HubSpot Portal account.

When you disconnect the portal, it will disconnect the app from the HubSpot portal(you need not to uninstall it from the HubSpot portal. Also it will erase all the HubSpot related data from the Magento side(such as Hs key and some other information which are stored in the Magento Database).

There is no data or information deleted from the HubSpot portal, the data once synced from the Magento admin panel(website) will not erase from the HubSpot portal.

• To get an upgrade, Login to the MakeWebbetter site and go to My Account.
• After login, go to Downloads or visit the URL: https://makewebbetter.com/my-account/orders
• Here you will see all purchased orders from Makewebbetter Site.
  
  
• Go to the Order Details page and Download the updated extension.
  

To export data from your Magento store to HubSpot click on the Export button, all the data will be transferred through the export setting.

For the export setting, click on the left-side menu bar and then click on “Export”. After clicking on Export, a new page will appear.

In the Export section, you will see the “Status” of the export and the date and time when the last export was started. You can export 4 components of data like Products, Contacts, Deals, and Line Items.

The export will occur through “Cron”, and the current status can be seen after reloading the page.

For 2-way contact syncing or Bi-directional syncing, you can install the add-on (from HubSpot to Magento).

With this setting, you can see the details of the customer’s abandoned cart.

Upon selecting an abandoned cart a new page will open up showing the details of the customer’s cart like Purchasing point, email created, customer name, customer email address, and purchase price.

Admin can export information via CSV file/Excel XML by the option Export available at the right corner, refer to the below images for more clarity.

During the data sync process from Magento to HubSpot, if any error occurs, it will be logged in this Error / Integration Log section.

To automatically sync your Magento Store data into HubSpot, Cron is used. Here admin can check the status of the cron by referring to the below images.

Admin can export all existing Magento store data via the export option of data transfer, it will ask to export existing abandoned cart data via a popup message, once it is selected to yes then it will also export the existing abandoned cart. If you select No then it will not export the abandoned cart, refer to the below images.

The admin can export product data as well as customers, orders, and abandoned cart data to HubSpot once the HubSpot gets connected to the admin’s Magento store by following the below steps.

Login to admin panel > Catalog > Product.

• Select the option products and a new page will open up showing the details of the listed products. 
• Select the products and then select the option available in the drop-down list of ACTION refer to the above images for more clarity.
  
  
• Select the option Export to HubSpot from the available ACTION menu, once done it will show a message that the product has been exported to HubSpot.
  

Similarly, the admin can also do the same process for customer data, orders, and login customer’s abandoned cart data to HubSpot refer to the below images for more clarity.

Login to admin panel > Sales > Orders.

You’ll see all the orders listed here. You can export them to HubSpot manually in 2 ways:

• Bulk Order Export: If you want to export multiple orders to HubSpot at once, select the orders > click on Actions dropdown > click on Export to HubSpot, and the orders will be synced on the CRM.
  
  Single Order Export: If you want to export a specific order to HubSpot, you can click on Sync with HubSpot link in the HubSpot Sync Action column and your order will be synced over HubSpot.

Login to admin panel > Customers > All customers.

Login to admin panel > HubSpot > Abandoned cart.

Right below the HubSpot icon in your dashboard, you’ll see a “Catalog” icon in the left sidebar.

You can use this setting to check the detail of your products and export any number of products manually.

Here’s how to do it.

Click on the Catalog button. After clicking on it, these settings will appear:

Click on Products and you will see this kind of page as shown below:

Now to export products, select the ones you want to export and click on the Actions dropdown as shown below.

Click on the Export to HubSpot option and the products will be exported to HubSpot. Once the products are exported, you’ll see a message.

Just like the Products, you can export any specific customer data to HubSpot as well. For this, you’ll need to click on the Customers button which you can see below the Catalog button.

Click on the Customers icon and you’ll see the settings as shown below.

To export any specific customer’s data to HubSpot, click on the All Customers button and you’ll land on this page.

Now repeat the same steps you followed to export the product data. Select the customers you want to export to HubSpot. Click on the Export to HubSpot button from the dropdown and your data will be exported.

The HubSpot Recommended Products is an add-on for our popular HubSpot for WooCommerce integration. This add-on allows you to add and offer recommended products via email after the purchase is done. This helps you increase your revenue and average order value at your store. It also offers a reporting feature that lets you check what recommendations are sold the most number of times.

• Automatic Installation

Automatic installation is the easiest option handled by WordPress. To install this add-on automatically:

1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. On the left panel of your dashboard, navigate to Plugins > Add New.
3. Click on the Upload Plugin button on the top.
4. Hit the Choose File button and choose the .zip file, and click on Install Now.
5. Once installed, Activate the plugin.

• Manual Installation

Manual installation of the plugin is another option to install the plugin in your WordPress-environment. The manual installation of HubSpot Recommended products add-on method involves downloading our Get A Quote for WordPress plugin and uploading it to the web server via their favourite FTP application.

The steps for manual installation are as follows:

1. Upload the HubSpot Recommended Products add-on folder to the /WP-content/plugins/directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

Make sure to install the WooCommerce and our HubSpot WooCommerce integration plugin before you install this add-on.

• Once you install the add-on, you’ll see a section named Global Recommended Products Setting.

• In that setting, you’ll see a field called Select Recommended Products. You can add the products you want to offer as recommendations in this field. The products you add here will be recommended to the customers regardless of the product they purchase.
• But if you want to recommend some specific product(s) according to the purchase, you can navigate to your WordPress dashboard > Products and edit the product you want to offer recommendations for.
• There you’ll see a field called Recommended Products under linked products.
  

• Add the products in this field you want to offer as recommendations for this product only. This setting has higher priority than the global settings in the add-on. So if someone purchases the product you’ve edited, the recommendations you’ve added here will be offered regardless of anything you added in the global settings.
• Now that you’ve added the recommendations, the HubSpot property called Recommended Products(which is created when you install our add-on) will be updated.

• You can use this property in your HubSpot email template to display the product recommendation offer. After adding the property, save the email template and send it to the users.
  

Once you install the add-on successfully, you will see a Recommended Products tab on our HubSpot WooCommerce Integration plugin.

Clicking on the tab will lead you to a page with these fields:

In this section, you can add the products which will act as a global recommendation. In other words, whatever product a customer purchases, he will get the same recommendation he has added in this section.

This section will display the report of the sales of the recommended products.

2. Manual Installation

Manual installation of the plugin is another option to install the plugin in the sellers WordPress environment. The manual installation method involves downloading our HubSpot WooCommerce plugin and uploading it to the web server via their favourite FTP application.

The steps for manual installation are as follows:

1. Upload the HubSpot WooCommerce Integration folder to the /WP-content/plugins/directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

Once you have successfully installed the HubSpot WooCommerce Integration plugin on your WooCommerce store, the next step is to set up the integration. You can follow the steps below to successfully set up the plugin.

• Navigate to WooCommerce > HubSpot from the drop-down list and you’ll see this page.

• If you already have a HubSpot account, click on Connect Your Account else click Create A Free HubSpot Account.
• Whatever you select, you’ll be eventually redirected to the page where you need to select the HubSpot portal you want to connect. After selecting the portal, click on Choose Account and your connection will be successfully established.

• Once the portal is successfully connected, you’ll see the second step that is creating groups and properties.

• To send your WooCommerce data to HubSpot, you need to create some properties in your HubSpot account.
• Once the connection is set up you’ll see the 2nd step called Set up groups & properties in HubSpot.
• Click on Create Groups and Properties. As soon as you click it, the progress bar will start running means your properties are being created. After successful creation of the properties, you’ll be moved to the 3rd step that is Create lists in HubSpot.
• If you want to see these Groups and Properties on your HubSpot account, navigate to Settings > Properties in your HubSpot portal and you’ll see all those custom properties there.

• In this step, you need to create lists to segment your contacts.
• Click on Create Lists and the progress bar will run again and once it reaches 100%, your lists will be successfully created.
• To view this list on your HubSpot account, navigate to Contacts > Lists and you’ll see the created lists there.

After lists are created, the next step is to map your deal stages in the pipeline you want.

Here you can click on the Select Pipeline dropdown and you’ll see all the pipelines created in your HubSpot portal. Select the one you want to map your deal stages in.

After selecting the pipeline, select the deal stage for every respective WooCommerce Order Status to map them correctly.

Once the deals are mapped successfully, click on Save button and move to the next step.

Note: If you’re not sure about the mapping, click on Reset to Default Mapping.
-Also, “If you create a new deal stage in your HubSpot CRM, you’ll need to re-authorize your HubSpot portal from your WooCommerce store to see those stages.”

After mapping your deal stages, you’ll see the last step that will ask you to sync your historical or existing data to HubSpot. Here you’ll get 2 options:

• Sync Now: Clicking on this button would start the syncing right away.
• Skip Historical Data Sync: Clicking on this button would skip this step and keep syncing your data in the background.

Tip: If you have a large amount of data, you can click Skip and let it sync in the background. Else you can connect with us for fast syncing.

That’s it. You’ve successfully set up the HubSpot WooCommerce integration plugin. Now let’s talk about the features of this integration.

The multicurrency feature is very useful for online business owners that are selling their products and services in multiple countries. This stores the currency in a deal property in which the contact has purchased the product. 

To enable this feature follow these steps:

• Log in to your WordPress admin panel and visit the WooCommerce → HubSpot page.
• On this page click on the Deals tab and click on the dropdown menu next to the Create Deals for New Orders option
• Lastly, press the check button next to the Enable Multi-Currency Sync option.

Now to add currency to your HubSpot account, trace the following steps:

• Log in to your HubSpot account and click on the ⚙ icon.

• Now from the side menu click on Account Defaults under Account Setup.

• Next, click on the Currency tab to add currencies. Then click on the Add Currency button and choose a currency and add the exchange rate.

Note: If you have WPML’s WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin enabled, you will need to follow the above steps to ensure correct synchronisation with their multicurrency features.

The multilanguage feature of the plugin stores the language in which a user has accessed your website in a default property created by HubSpot called ‘Preferred Language’ which basically is a contact property. 

• Firstly, click on the ⚙ icon and then, from the side panel visit the Properties page under the Data Management section.
• Next, from the dropdown menu beside the Select an object option, choose the Contact properties option.
  
• Lastly, in the search bar write Preferred Language to fetch the property.

Note: This feature has been made compatible with the WPML WordPress plugin. Therefore, ensure that the plugin has been installed and configured in your WordPress environment. 

The dashboard of this plugin displays the data successfully synced over HubSpot. You can see the number of Contacts, Deals, and Products synced successfully over HubSpot.

You can send your WooCommerce contacts over HubSpot through this setting.

• Select User Role: All the users with the roles you select here will be synced over HubSpot.
• Select the time period:  Select the time period you want to sync the data for. If you have any data in that time frame that still needs to be synced, click on the Sync Now button to sync those contacts.

This setting lets you perform all the activities related to deals.

Here are the settings you get in this setting:

• Map deal stages with eCommerce pipeline: You can  select your pipeline and map your WooCommerce order statuses with HubSpot deal stages defined in your HubSpot CRM’s pipelines. (Mapping is already done for the default WooCommerce order statuses)

• Create deals for new orders: Enable this feature (by clicking on the checkbox) to create a new deal over HubSpot everytime a new order is placed at your WooCommerce store. Add the number of days you require to close a deal and select the winning deal stages.

You can click the checkbox to associate the company with the respective deal. If a company is associated with the contact (that has placed the order), it’ll be associated with the same deal as well.
If you have a multi-currency plugin enabled on your website, then you can sync deal currency to HubSpot by enabling the last checkbox named Enable Multi-currency Sync.

• Sync Historical Orders as Deals: Sync your existing WooCommerce orders over HubSpot as deals. Select the order statuses you want to sync and the date range to begin sending the orders over the CRM.

• Click on the checkbox, to enable abandoned cart tracking and guest user abandoned cart tracking.
• Set the timer for the abandoned cart. If you select 10 minutes, the abandoned cart data will be updated over HubSpot every 10 minutes.

Important: Users please make a note of it that it is due to the HubSpot CRM’s settings that whenever any deal falls to the “pending” stage, after 24 hours, it is automatically moved to the “checkout abandoned” stage. This happens due to the configuration of the eCommerce bridge API used. This has no direct relationship with the working of our integration plugin. Please also note that Whenever a user will abandoned the cart on your website, this plugin will sync the abandoned cart data in that particular contact’s property on HubSpot, only.

• Allow the permissions to proceed with the uninstallation procedure.

The HubSpot for WooCommerce integration plugin is uninstalled successfully.

To uninstall the WooCommerce integration app from your HubSpot CRM, you must follow the steps mentioned below:

• Log in to your HubSpot CRM account and go to “Settings” in the right-top corner of your screen.
• You’ll see a Menu appears next to the left side of your screen. Select the “Integrations” option from the menu.
• Next, you’ll see a list of all the “Connected Apps” appearing on your screen. Go to “Actions”, a drop-down menu against the app you wish to uninstall. Select “Uninstall” from the drop-down menu to proceed.

Your app will be uninstalled successfully.

Methods of installation:-

You can categorize and track the progress of the deals by using Map Deal Stages. Each Deal Stage has their probability.

Enabling Pipeline Management setting and click on “Save Changes“. That will show the options to set up the new pipeline for HubSpot Deals.

Click on “Setup Pipeline” to create a new pipeline for WooCommerce Membership.

And last click on the “Run Setup” to set up the custom group and properties for WooCommerce Membership.

The pipeline for HubSpot Deals will contain different deal stages which will be assigned to deals on new membership creation. The deals can be easily managed through “Board View” of Deals in HubSpot.

Each HubSpot deal will contain detail information about the membership. It generally includes Membership Plans, Membership Type, Membership Status, Expires On, Membership Since,  Membership Canceled on etc.

Enable One-Click Sync feature to export all your previous membership to HubSpot.
Set the date and membership status. All membership since the selected date and selected status will be fetched for the exporting process.

Here you can see the total count for membership according to set you have saved for one-click sync feature. Now just click the “Sync Now” button to sync membership on HubSpot as deals.

Note: If you want to use  HubSpot Field to Field Sync, firstly you need to install parent plugin HubSpot WooCommerce Integration Pro or HubSpot WooCommerce Integration by Makewebbetter(free version over wordpress.org).

AUTOMATIC INSTALLATION

Admin can sync the HubSpot contact properties with WordPress user’s fields.

The administrator can add multiple rows or also delete the existing rows for mappings.

Always save your settings.

By clicking on the “Add new row”, admin can create multiple mapping between HubSpot contact properties and WordPress user’s field.

The admin can proceed by adding multiple mappings and specifying the fields which he wants to map. The fields will get mapped and synced once the customers’ data will get updated over HubSpot.

HubSpot contact properties can be selected from the left section. You can select the desired property from the dropdown which is to be mapped.

WordPress user’s fields can be selected from the right section. You can select the desired user field which you want to map against the HubSpot property.
